      Work independently. Other Property managers are very helpful and easy to worth with. There is a lot of variety of work.

      What's with all the scripts??

      9 to 6 during the week. 9 to 5 on the weekend.

      Cons

      Everything else. Management that doesn't care nor implement employee suggestions. Poorly trained district managers. 18 scripts to learn which do not help in generating sales or getting customers to pay their bill on time. Expected to clean units, show units, mop the hallways, chase vagrants off the property, sell extremely over priced merchandise. (When a person can get cheaper boxes at Home Depot you know something's wrong) Call delinquent customers and try to convince them to pay their bill, book reservations, be a handyman, don't take sick days, And lastly because I know I forgot some things also get the customer to sign the lease. All for 9 bucks an hour with no commission.
