      Independent work environment. You get to drive a golf cart.

      Cons

      9/10 of your customer interactions are negative. High turn over rate. Pay is mediocre. Weekends are mandatory. No room for advancement. The attitude from upper management is "reach your goal any way that you can" even if it is unethical.

      This is a well-run company with growth, and opportunity for advancement. Public Storage focuses on developing its employees and taking them to the next level. There are different and exciting challenges each day. which keeps the position fun and interesting. Everyone is competitive, but there is still a great team atmosphere. If you build a great team you can accomplish great things. Overall, Public Storage is an excellent company to work for.

      Not a bad place to work. lots of training and down time.

      Management can be pretty hard on you about things that arent your fault, i.e. how many current renters you have.
