      Pros

      The hours are great, you create your monthly schedule, who you will work with and who is on your team. Team work is very fluid, no district boundaries. Team I work with is awesome, fun to work with and great environment. "I LOVE LA"

      Cons

      Work is constant, ability to multi-task and understand ABC priorities is a must. Never a dull moment. Customer concerns and calls come in any time of the day.

      Pros

      We get to work in a unique retail environment everyday without the crazy retail hours. We have the support of an amazing corporate office with top notch training tools at our disposal for learning, coaching and training our teams in the field. We have the best management team in place that is dedicated to the successes of all employees. You can feel the passion for our properties / business from many employees at all levels who take pride in what we do every day. You can say “we bleed orange” … I know I do. After 15+ years, I still love Public Storage hope to contribute for many more years.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negatives. We work hard everyday but that come natural to people driven for results.

      Customer interaction, Brand Name, International, opportunity to train and mentor employees, retail, meetings, there are tons of locations, low cost benefits, profit sharing

      Cons

      Pay, micromanaged, poor management, hours of operation, management is not trusting of their employees enough to allow them to actually manage their own properties
