Pros

working for almost 10 years at this company I have become part of a family. i love my job, my boss, the people i work alongside with, and others who became my friends. it really is a great 500 fortune company to work for. we have a very pleasant workplace atmosphere. Coming to work everyday with the right attitude and being grateful for being hired made a big difference.

Cons

just like other companies we also have some challenges to face especially with our current economy. but fortunately we are thriving even during this time. since inflation has outpaced our wages i am hoping that salary will also increase, and that sick hours and floating hours will be considered again. oh yes also healthier snacks available at the break room.

Not much physical work, very straight foward duties and customer interactions

Cons

Scripts are VERY bad, like the writer had never spoken to a human in their life. Expectancy on selling insurance and locks is to high .

Good environment, not a lot of over time expected but available when you want it. Pay is reliable & commissions are good.

Cons

Not easy to move up, they rarely hire Management from within the company & that is bad for moral.
