      Pros

      I have been here at Public Storage 28 years and loved every minute. Every day has been fulled with exciting and rewarding challenges.

      Cons

      A lot of hard and long work days, but very enjoyable. People who are looking for an "easy" job may not fit with the Public Storage culture.

      *Decent hourly wage *Great co-workers and supervisors *Time-off is in abundance, especially during the slow season (Winter)

      Cons

      *Bonus structure was changed multiple times and did not favor the employee *High turn-over, people would often quit or be fired for performance that did not meet expectations. *There are no raises, it is the same hourly regardless of how long you work there. *No room for growth, PS will look outside of the business for management positions and rarely inside.
