Pros

Super smart and good-humored people at the top and throughout all levels of the organization. Employees are diverse, talented, dedicated and have a fun spirit. There are many long-term employees, some "bleed orange." Work is always interesting with new challenges every day. The company is forward-thinking and serioulsy plans for the future, striking a balance of high growth without high-risk. Fiscal policies are conservative with very little debt. The company culture is "be respectful to others" and feel free to laugh at yourself and make others laugh along the way. The company is very careful in the hiring process to make sure new hires are a good fit. The company spends a lot of money to hire and retain top talent. Corporate offices are at good location for easy commute from many directions. I work on a great team with a great boss and definitely recommend the company to others!

Cons

No challenges or gripes you wouldn't find in any organization. Some employees feel that communication needs to be improved. This probably varies from department to department, and between corporate and the field. It's a rapidly growing environment and hard to keep up with it all. Need to pursue your own path to success and personal growth. Slackers need not apply.

Pros

Well managed company that has consistently been successful over the years. One reason for this is that management generally treats its employees very, very well. Working here does not really, that I know of, present any annoyances that are not present within almost every organization.

Cons

Nothing alarming to bring up; but it would likely be beneficial to corporate employees to spend a couple of days per year (or even every other year) to learn more about, and be reminded of, how the stores operate and to establish more effective communication between the corporate office and the field.

Pros

Steady hours, face to face contact with your customers, no two days are the same. That's about it

Cons

1.This company swears they value their employees yet several employees in my same district including myself fear for our safety on a regular basis. We practically beg upper management for more help and safer options at our stores as in security or cameras and are constantly looked over or totally ignored. 2. We are constantly forced to perform jobs that are completely out of our job description and if we refuse our position is threatened. I've been told flat out "If you don't do it, I'll just fire you and hire someone who will." 3. Our property's are constantly being broken into and vandalized and absolutely nothing is done about it. Hundreds of customers are losing their belongings monthly and upper management says there is nothing they can do about it. 4. We all have personal lives and understandably should leave them at home when coming to work, but when we express and extreme sadness to our district and Sr district managers because of some type of personal tragedy they show no compassion at all. You are told that your emotions are not their problem so leave them at the door or don't come in at all. 5. If you get hurt anyway at all, you will be fired! 6. There is no incentive for becoming a property manager and that is literally as far as you will ever be able to advance in this company!
