      As with anything in life, you only get back what you are willing to give. The culture and environment rewards high performers as demonstrated through the various bonus and incentive programs. People throughout the organization, at all levels, are dedicated, conscientious and an absolute pleasuse to work with

      Cons

      The nature of the business is challenging at times when dealing with customers that are facing severe hardship, especially when it comes to managing expectations or providing" acceptable" solutions in the view of the customer.

      Pros

      I have had a few different DM's and each one has different personalities but I was treated with respect. This is a sales position and that is what should be focused on. When your hired to do a job if you don't like it then you should find something else no matter where you are working. It's nice to be out at 6 and 5 on the weekends. No long retail nights!!

      Cons

      Sometimes it may be difficult when you are working by yourself, that's when it seems the most people come in. The only other thing is that we should be off a few more holidays

      Pros

      Working with some very nice people. No nights out by 6:00pm weekdays and weekends by 5:00pm , slow season you don't have much to do so you get paid to sit and do nothing, read a book lol a lot of quiet time

      Cons

      no advancement at all!! Always being threatened by customers, and then when you speak to management it's always your fault. Everyone is a manager and has no authority to do anything. Upper management only cares about pushing us to work harder so they can get a bonus and we get minimum on our end. No one cares about this job, most people only take it until something better comes along...turnover of employees is ridiculous. You are a janitor, salesperson, and presenter of legal paperwork..sell insurance when we don't even have a license to sell it, and tell people that it's a requirement of the rental agreement..but then the addendum says you don't have to have it...hilarious how they contradict everything they tell us. No one can make up their mind on one thing, read scripts learn them and then they change them again!! What does that tell you...SCRIPTS DON'T WORK I could go on forever but best advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY
