      Pros

      Good atmosphere and helpful colleagues. Well-run company that has grown a great deal in recent years and still has a bright future.

      Cons

      While some mid-level managers have "favorite" employees without sufficient reason, there is nothing earth-shattering that doesn't occur at other companies.

      Pros

      Industry leader with a strong balance sheet. The executive team is accessible and the working environment is casual and friendly. A generally conservative management style ensures long-term stability, yet new ideas are encouraged and given thoughtful consideration. If you are willing to work hard, you can go far.

      Cons

      IT systems haven't always kept pace with the latest technology, but that is starting to turn around. The corporate offices are adjacent to an unfortunate stretch of I-5 where heavy truck traffic slows things down during rush hours. It's important to know the surface-street shortcuts.
