      Pros

      I have had a great experience working at the Corporate offices for Public Storage. It's a good stable company to work for, with awesome benefits and a great work environment. I feel truly appreciated by all of my colleagues and I enjoy being part of a teamwork atmosphere.

      Cons

      The only con I could think of is the location of the Corporate offices. Due to the location, I deal with a tough commute everyday. Depending on where in LA you live, you might deal with some traffic. For me it's worth it even though.

      Never a dull moment. Very challenging and fast paced environment. Allways doing something new and interesting. Yes, we work hard but are able to participate in the growth of the company.

      Pros

      Been working for Public Storage since 1989 and I've known my co-workers in my department for about the same amount of years (25+) and we've enjoyed each other as a tight team. The ability to get along well with each other is key to a positive environment and the leadership fosters a spirit of camaraderie.

      Cons

      I hate driving in traffic especially with the ongoing freeway construction along Interstate 5 but I learned to make use of my time while in the car.
