      Pros

      Well-skilled talent pool, excellent resources, great benefits, great opportunities to realize and grow your skill-set, everyone has an open door and willingness to help, employees are treated kindly and with respect, leadership has many years of experience which they are willing to share to cultivate newer employees. I feel like I have really grown since I have been here.

      Not a PS con, but drive and traffic into work

      Pros

      I really like my co-workers and the leaders in this company. In addition Public Storage offers room for advancement and has very good work schedules and pay.

      Cons

      None. The company runs very smooth and we have great supervisors.

      One of the Better Employers

      Pros

      Solid organization and great HR department that is concerned about employees, all the way from the top. Energetic management. They still provide employees with weekly treats, a yearly In-and-Out Burger festival and have many office activities such as birthdays. When other companies have cut back, they still do some of the nice things that have gone by the wayside in other companies. Hard works is rewarded, raises, although not huge, are fair and at least still give in spite of the economic times. Long term and new employees and a mix of all ages makes it a very integrated company. They make money, even in the bad economy (perhaps more in the bad economy). Executive goup is smart and friendly

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit too conservative. The business model is a classic American top-down, command style (but it works for them), and for creative people, that may be difficult at times.
