      Unless you are in Upper Management you don 't have a full week-end off and salaries are very low..

      Pros

      If you need a job without any degree and willing to accept minimum wage it's OK.They do offer some good benefits

      Cons

      My son has been with Public Storage for many years and have yet to get a week-end off. Only managements get the goodies.The other little peons have to work their butts off, so that Management can have their Bonuses and Holidays and week-ends off. There is little chance for advancement.Even with a Degree.Management does not care that you have a family and that you would like to spend the week-end with them. Before on Sundays,we would be open until 2pm now we have to work until 5 pm. The greed is everywhere.

      Pros

      Was once a great company to work for, but now the only thing left is the hours. I do have a good bunch of people I work with.

      Cons

      If you want to work for little money, no chance of a raise because you've reached as high as you can go, learn new scripts every week, push locks, merchandise, an insurance on people, live in fear you will lose your job if your numbers aren't good every month then this is your place to work.

      Consistent and regular hours, decent rate of pay, and good initial training.

      Cons

      Lack of employee investment in company, lack of good compensation to hard working employees, lack of leadership support between customers and ground level employees, constant changes to protocols and requires sales techniques, lack of care in employee satisfaction, not enough capital to place back into the properties to complete repairs or supply items needed to better the working environment for employees and customers, and lack of upper management's knowledge about what the field job is like.
