Pros
It's a job to take in a bad economy or if your in school. Other co-workers are hard working people who try very hard to play by Public Storage's ever changing rules.
Cons
Very low pay in regards to the work expected of you. Low budget benefits after 6 months of work?Relief manager must have reliable transportation and travel to 5-7 different sites roughly 10-25 miles away. So after paying for gas it's pretty much a min wage job with maximum stress. District Manager are basically the "real store manager", as manager don't have much power. Dealing with sketchy people in a unsafe work environment. Public Storage is all about covering their own, you know what's, they regular have all employees sign of on working safe at work. But seem to provide nothing towards a safe work environment for those same employees. No security onsite, they don't care about customer break ins because it just forces more customer to buy the overpriced locks out of fear. Bad Corporation, with sub standard wages for it's hard working employees out in the stores. To add insult to injury, they pay the call center employees $2-$4 an hour more to do basically 1/10th of what a Store Manager do. Greedy and dumb Corporation.
