The company switches policies about everything. Management only cares about their money and could care less about what affects your paycheck. They make sure that the hard workers do not receive a raise but that the district managers favorites do get one. All in all it is the WORST company I have EVER worked for in my life. Benefits suck as well. Upper management are so greedy!

DM has his FAVORITES he favors certain properties and does nothing for others....try to get issues fixed and he does not want to hear about it most of the time. He has very litle patience for dealing with people if you call him about an issue be ready to be talked to like an idiot he talks to us like we are less than him. When he is having a bad day then everyone knows about it. He is more concerned with HIS bonus and HIS review not ours. He tells is he wants us to succeed but we all feel like its a never ending battle. We used to get a bonus for merchandise sales, occupancy and delinquency now all they are giving bonus for is occupancy in this economy fer few got a bonus. So they basically took away part of our pay that many of us depended on. When I was hired on I really liked this job, now I just stay there since there are no other jobs to go to in Las Vegas right now.
