      Pros

      Consistent and regular hours, decent rate of pay, and good initial training.

      Cons

      Lack of employee investment in company, lack of good compensation to hard working employees, lack of leadership support between customers and ground level employees, constant changes to protocols and requires sales techniques, lack of care in employee satisfaction, not enough capital to place back into the properties to complete repairs or supply items needed to better the working environment for employees and customers, and lack of upper management's knowledge about what the field job is like.

      Pros

      Good hours because you don't have to work nights. Thats the only good thing i have to say about this place

      Cons

      No advancement at all. DM has his fav's that can do whatever including not coming to work and he'll clock them in, and RM fav's don't have to move around at all. Having to roleplay 8 scripts word for word with Sr DM and DM like your getting paid to be a actor. "Beneifits" lets just say don't get sick!!They have money to pay shopper but can't give the RM's and PM's that make this company desent pay. I have work for this company 3yr and it'sgetting worse and worse every year. Let just say eveything that is said on this website is true. Can't wait until this recession is over!!!!!!

      Good accrual of paid time off. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management does not seem to care what we think or feel and we are the people that are on the front line. Benefits are horrible. We seem to keep the weak links just so that we have a "warm" body, instead of paying a little more to retain the hard workers.
