      Opportunity and balance! I came to Public Storage 15 years ago looking for an opportunity to grow and advance my career while maintaining balance raising a family. I can honestly say this company has exceeded my expectations with both!

      Cons

      I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but if you like a routine in which you can go to the same place and do the same job everyday, this company may not be a good fit for you. There is no workday that is the same as a previous one. The company is constantly changing to provide the best experience for employees and customers, and with that comes the need to have leaders that are able to change. This is a very forward thinking company!

      Extremely stable and growing company that continues to heavily invest in its culture, customers, and innovation. There are many opportunities for internal growth for those who are willing to work hard and thrive off of feedback. I particularly love working for an organization where I have the ability to tangibly impact change and see results.

      Cons

      At times, there can be long hours, but these are unique situations and well rewarded.
