- Opportunity to do high level work for junior team members - Decent health insurance

Cons

- Snake pit at top management level, and it shows to even the custodial staff - Terrible mico-managing mid-level managers - Enormous amount of work - Toxic environment, in spite of some great people, again due to management - Constant turnover due both to layoffs and people smart enough to bail - Totally thankless

Besides the paycheck I was getting, I didn't think of anything else

Cons

The amount of micro aggressions I experienced working at this agency was overwhelming. Predominantly white senior management has no knowledge of what microaggressions are and thinks it's simply a joke I can't take. If you are a person of color, please be very careful when working with these people; they will label you as incompetent, toxic, or problematic if you report them. Gaslighting is the norm. Professionalism is thrown out the door.

I can't think of one good thing to say about this company. Good commute. Offices are very appealing to Millennials.

Cons

Poor management. Abusive people. This is a sweatshop. Unprofessional. Get a lawyer and know your rights as a worker. Absolutely the worst company. Avoid at all costs.
