Cons
a mediocre leadership team, legacy executives who are mediocre at best, they fire winners and keep losers, uninspiring leaders, lack of ambition. Publicis Health is the wart on Publicis Groupe. Groupe leaders don't like the Health group and it's obvious. But what's there to like. It's a weak leadership group and it has been for 5 years. There is a reason no one leaves to go for bigger jobs. No one wants them. They aren't recruited. Oh, and they are so very weak from a diversity standpoint. Walk into their Philly office. 500 people and most of the diverse employees work in facilities, taking out the trash. It's been that way for 20 years. They are forcing people back into the office.
