Leadership is disconnected to their workers, trends, compensation, and what each department does I do not want to bash this company however there is so much things that needs to be changed within this organization they change the human resource role from remote to night. I think that if they had a hybrid option, this could be more suitable.

As the industry was changing the company did try to grow new lines of business but leaders made decisions without involving people that actually do the work. Result was continued failed attempts. The business is dependent on what the core business was early in its inception and all attempts of new business has failed and that core business is dying quickly. For the size of the company the executive team is very top heavy.
