Pros

There are no good reasons to work for PCF. This is absolutely the worst organization that I have worked for. Managers need to be trained in managing their human resources

Cons

There is no program in place to develop their human talent. PCF tries to get as much as they can out of their employees without an nelinvestment in training their person

freedom of you being productive with out heavy supervision. Tips are good depending on the volume of deliveries. rewarding if you like driving

Cons

you have to work 365 days a yr, your car will experience more wear and tear. no benfits and be wary of unessasary complaints
