Pros

It's a job - no growth or benefits to speak of.

Cons

Management looks to fleece employees at every turn. Claw-back is a key company goal. Business is in serious decline and they need to reinvent. Little opportunity for growth.

Pros

- Decent wages for those who work their way up, especially if you do not have a degree.

Cons

- complete lack of regard for family life - upper management dishonest in their dealings with all levels of employees - lack of positive input from upper management - lack of respect for employees and contractors - 60 to 80 hour weeks are common, 6/7 days per week often expected - constant turnover at all levels - upper management seems unaware and/or unconcerned of constant bullying and verbal and mental abuse taking place in the field - constant high levels of stress
