One of the worst run organizations I've ever been part of. Management structures and governance are absent or immature.
Leaders are content to float along without driving anything or bothering to show up - and there's no pressure or incentive for them to do so, so complacency is rampant. There's a strong country club vibe among managers, who can be very cliquey and insular, which further enables the complacency, As an example, one team had a terrible manager (whose shortcoming were well known) and a disengaged director who refused to meet with the team or address the manager's poor performance.
Corporate policies like RTO mandates are poorly thought out and corporate services like physical security, facilities, and IT support are embarrassing.
This is not a serious company.
