Smart people. Folks that are there to make a difference during this transformative time for utilities

Cons

Leadership out of sync with employees. Internal greenwashing- constantly raving about successes and the faith we can overcome massive challenges before us, not to mention mental health/balance while chronically under resourcing and straining the best folks we have to burn out.

There are some very friendly and competent people who work there

Cons

Senior Leadership is absolutely clueless and classless, especially the HR function. They have very weak strategic vision and are so full of both hubris and ignorance that they can't even get out of their own way. They talk a good game around company culture, but they are very hypocritical.

Good pay, alot of mobility to switch engineering groups

Cons

Experienced alot of bias, as is typical in engineering, but even more so at this company If you are a young engineer of color looking for an internship or entry level job, don't be fooled by "PSE-its a great place to work". I urge you to look elsewhere.
