Above average compensation, still some great people left.

Cons

Management centralizing every function in the company in an effort to reduce overheads. Local divisions have marginal flexibility to run their business. Lack of local market knowledge within management teams leads to inefficient operations.

good people, compensation is above average, responsibilities were increased rapidly (not the case these days), used to be opportunities for advancement

Cons

No longer a team environment, primarily CYA these days, communication is poor, advancement opportunities are gone, leadership is suspect and inexperienced
