I’ve been with PulteGroup for 10 months as part of the GRC/InfoSec department. The department is growing quickly, which means the pace can be fast. You have to be innovative and adaptable, but that's part of what makes it exciting. If that’s high on your list, PulteGroup delivers. It’s rare to find an IT department that feels this supportive and collaborative. Pay is great, and while the benefits could be slightly better, the company overall still stands out. What sets PulteGroup apart is how they treat employees like family. They genuinely invest in your growth and development, and that kind of support is hard to find in this industry. The culture may not be for everyone, but for someone like me who is passionate about my professional career and development, this is it.
