      Pros

      Your co-workers are caring and a good bunch to work with. Health Benefits and 401-k are okay as well..pretty standard.

      Cons

      Disorganized, no processes in place. Upper management seems to let someone go every other week. No sense of security no matter how well you do your job.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is the free bread and product tastings.

      Cons

      Poor management. There is a cultural disconnect between foreign management and native residents. Poor and very stressful work environment due to lack of defined process and procedure. A lot of bad attitudes which stem from poor leadership and mistrust. Everyone is a little shady and out to stab the next person in the back. Lots of responsibility for very low pay.

      Good work life balance which is needed to cope with the stress of working there Great coworkers but it takes a lot of time for them to trust you due to the mistreatment they receive from management
