Great people to work with, good reputation with customers who pay a premium for quality products, world leader but very small in the USA

Cons

Long hours, not enough support staff, sr. management doesn't have a clue about running a company in the USA, no advancement opportunities unless you're Belgian, high turnover - a lot of good employees have left in past couple of years
