Pros

Some terrific people who care about each other, and about the students. Reasonable salary structure. Diverse community. Beautiful grounds with a great walking/jogging path. Regular events where everybody can mingle no matter whom. Very good communication between staff and faculty.

Cons

If you care a lot about the look and prestige of your office, the buildings are falling apart... that's part of the poor funding from NY State! Some staff members work much harder than others (Union..).

Very supportive and helpful administration. Very well organized program and great communication. Great group of students to work with.

Cons

Limited/No future opportunities until next summer, and still, only part time work.

Pros

The student body is passionate, driven and take pride in the uniqueness of the college. Faculty are great but not supported by administration. Its unfortunate.

Cons

Bureaucracy at its highest. For a school that develops some of the most talented artists in the country, they do a poor job providing them with appropriate resources. The culture and values have been lost.
