Being a swim-instructor was a great opportunity to work on campus and the bosses were really great about scheduling.

Bosses scheduled around class time. Could work as little as you wanted or add more if you had time that semester. Co-workers were fun Supplied uniform

Cons

Pay was low, but that was understandable as it was a college job. You had to work at least one holiday break.

Advisor gave you much of freedom in doing your research. There are lots of advanced experimental facilities around the compus. The collaboration among different labs are very frequent.

Cons

It's located in a small town, and there is not so much fun, especialy during the weekend and vacation time! It's almost an empty campus when there is no student here.
