      A very easy going part-time job

      Pros

      You get to know new people and it is an easy job. No hard labor and mostly not stressful work. A desk job.

      Cons

      The only complaint or issue I have is that it is minimum wage. I believe that it is worth a bit more since you don't get breaks from your post and responsibility.

      Pros

      You will be required to do almost nothing to keep your job. The expectations are insanely low. It comes with the territory of a publicly funded university. Keep your head down and you'' get payed and never be asked to lift a finger.

      Cons

      Because no one really cares about anything thats going on, theres no focus from manager or other employees on any kind of goal. If a real company was run like this, it would have failed years ago.

      Great resume builder, personal growth, opportunities for increased responsibility, flexible around class schedule, great leadership opportunities for students, great human resource department for internal issues

      Cons

      low pay, especially for lifeguards, aquatics department could use more consistency in how supervisors enforce rules, better communication is needed
