Very nice environment, people like to help and are very helpful. The culture is great!

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to collaborate because there are different schools and different policies. Also, as a staff member, I feel there are very limited career opportunities.

Benifits are being cut... Do more with Less which i get but then there is a time when you just cant cut anymore with out consiquence.
