      Pros

      You can make your experience what you want. If you want to get the most of your time here, then put a lot of effort in.

      Cons

      Pay roll is always slow and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops.

      Pros

      They do have good benefits, and the environment is relaxed. If you take classes while working full-time you can usually get away with taking a class during the work-day.

      Cons

      If we have received a pay raise it was lower than the inflation rate. Way too many managers expecting the few workers they have to do way too much work for little pay.
