Nice pay They will send you places for training Immediate coworkers are great (I worked for a franchised puroclean, they went outta business for good reason) Lots of overtime

Cons

Poor upper management Training is provided only if they think your worthy Back office is completely unmanaged and will mess up on your work orders and timesheets and will constantly blame you. Your training will come with a contract saying on 4 month course requires 2 years of service at the company or else your must pay them every dollar even at the 1yr 364th day mark. They hire an outside company for labor that the labour's with no experience get paid twice as much as you do and your their handler of 1 person for 14 people. Overload of paper work and forms. You are on call 24/7 and they use it and your sleep schedule will highly suffer with 6 days of hard labor on 6 hours of divided sleep

Its different everyday. Great place to start a career, especially if you are strait out of high school. Always room to grow. Over 40 possible Certs. to earn. Good pay.

Cons

24hr business, Tempo can get to be rough due to insurance's demands. Starting the pay is alright. The more you learn, the more you get paid.

No room to grow No chance of getting better pay Small company so not a lot of people to work with OnCall shift sometimes its only you Employee not respecting when they have to go Not a lot of hours if you trying to do moreee on the paycheck Not enough experience on industry from ownership.
