Rapidly expanding company presence in US market. Money to be made for highly intelligent salesmen who are attentive to detail and can follow process.

Cons

Process is implemented to control and centralize decision making. Challenging environment for innovative and entrepreneurial people. Compensation for non sales is not competitive enough.

It provides a salary and benefits.

Cons

Leadership in Jericho, NY in incompetent...no one can make a decision. Sales has no idea what they are being paid until it is deposited in account. Before you accept a job ask to speak to a sales rep....and ask them if they can exlain the variable comp plan...and what percentage for the sales people are happy with it.... Managment plays favoritism. Not a fun place to work....

The best criteria of this job were the convenient location, and the level of pay. For the most part 99% of the employees were good to work with.

Cons

Upper level management totally ignores issues going on within the ranks. The HR department is not equipt with a leader that has the competance to manage the payroll process. The HR manager on several occassions would accost employees and shake them down for charity contributions and was highly inappropriate in their conduct with myself and others.
