Pros
I worked in the Southeast Region, and the co-workers were great to collaborate with. They were very proactively helpful upon my arrival.
Cons
I feel when I was recruited to the company, they sold me a slight false bill of goods to come aboard. They sold themselves as being almost on the same level with FedEx or UPS when it comes to automated processes. But everything is a very MANUAL process at Purolator International, from what it takes internally to on board a new client to how clients prepare shipments to or within (but being invoiced back to the US) the very niche market of Canada. There's a lot of pressure on Sales to on board new logos, and there are WAY too many meetings each week where Sales has to give the same updates in each meeting to multiple "chiefs", when it'd be much easier to have just one meeting per week with each "chief" in attendance who can hear the same updates at the same time, allowing Sales more time to do its job (search for new business and retain existing business).
