      Pros

      Purolator hires great people. Purolator Canada does an excellent job with service and deliveries. Purolator is invested in giving back to the communities in which they conduct business.

      Cons

      Too much mirco-management. Lack of resources to accomplish certain responsibilities. Top heavy with management. Too many internal meetings that conflict with accomplishing daily tasks and goals. Management style is militaristic.
