The Branch Manager position is primarily responsible for direct sales and charged to grow their respective market. We offer very competitive compensation for these roles which includes a rich incentive program directly tied to achieving results. As common in sales positions, we do manage to lead and lag indicators and expect results which in turn mutually benefits the individual and the company. Our interview process provides clarity as to how we measure and manage sales to ensure we attract those who thrive in a high performance culture of accountability and frankly to dissuade those who are not.
