Great opportunity to learn and grow, salary was great

Cons

Excessive leadership changes (3 CEO's in 3 years), multiple directional changes, Ivory tower management style, too many presentations and meetings, doesn't allow traction from changes before implements more changes. Toxic culture, not about people, about bottom line.

- Pension Plan - Brand Power. Largest courier company in Canada but small globally compared to FedEx and UPS.

Cons

Bonus Plan in Inside Sales is ridiculously cheap. You are expected to grow your portfolio by 30-45% annually with very little incentive to do so.
