They have a wonderful vetting process on hiring good people.

Cons

They tell you one thing when the offer you the job but it is a whole different story when you get into the job 6 months later. They expect you to work all the time, no life balance as promised. Your lucky if you ever see a commission check the way they set it up.

We have recently made changes to our sales compensation plan to further improve earning opportunities and will continue to do so to ensure alignment with our growth strategies.
