Great people and willing to help "get it done". Good customer focus. Nice culture and generally you are left to do the job as you see fit, as long as targets are met.

Cons

Strategy seems to change every year. Always chasing a shiny object. Canada Post Ownership / Product & Market overlap never gets addressed.
