Pros

Amazing people to work with. Purolator has done a very good job at hiring talent within the Marketing team. Senior Leadership knows your name and you are given many opportunities to interact with various departments.

Cons

Leadership makes everything very difficult and recognition is a popularity contest. The hardest workers are not recognized.

In speaking with our VP, Sales & Mktg, we are currently reviewing the commission plan to better align it to both the company plans and also to the sales team roles while also optimizing the earning opportunity.
