      Union doesn't have your back. Company will treat you like a number, no matter how much you do for the company

      Top pay is a good wage

      They will treat you like a number. They let the terrible workers get away with anything. If you're good at your job, you get rewarded by more work and less hours to do it in. Favoritism from managers. Union helps the company, paid thousands of dollars to the union, and they won't help you or do anything for you, most of the stews don't know what they are even doing.
