None, it's a toxic workplace, the managers will steal hours off your pay without telling you, and the union will back the company.

Cons

Debt , Fighting to get back pay for the hours your manager stole, then getting discriminated for filing for your lost wages. This is the worst company i have worked at, and i worked at Loblaws.

Soooo many omg. You are micromanaged extensively and not trusted to do your job. Everything or every decision you make is picked apart, it’s almost like they want to hire a robot. The work is tedious but also soooo boring, there isn’t any room for growth and no appreciation for their employees whatsoever. There isn’t any self development so you continuously lose brain cells the longer you work there because you’re not being taught anything new and management basically wants to do the work for you because again they don’t trust you to do the job they hired you for. Also they will require you to cover many different shifts outside of your regular shift and have no regard for work life balance. God forbid you have a life or family outside of work they will simply tell you then go find another job.
