Pros

Decent benefits, solid brand, respected company. There are some really dedicated people in the company who want to see their people succeed.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and changes during the last couple years that made everyone virtually paranoid. Hopefully things will settle down because it makes for a toxic work environment.

Pros

Purolator is full of great people and the company is fairly accommodating. Working out of head office is certainly pleasant. It is awesome working for a well-known and loved brand across Canada.

Cons

Purolator's aging technology infrastructure is annoying at best. Large companies are slow to update their tech but Purolator seems to be even slower than most.

Pros

Good cross functional employees. Great Sales and Operations.

Cons

No investment in the business, leadership not there from all VP levels and higher, happy to keep pace, no training, little internal growth, no innovation, government mindset as is owned by money losing Canada Post, little margin so they are fighting to the bottom with cost cutting measures. Sad.
