      Pros

      Enough work to keep you busy, no rushing with repairs. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not enough vacation time to start. Poor management. Too many chefs in the kitchen who like to do their own thing to make themselves stand out. Too much favouritism, meaning that you don’t need skills to climb, just need to know someone.

      Has exact time and proper payment. Allow you for a 15-minute break.

      Cons

      Don’t have good contract bind for part time employees. Permanent ones which are old (50+) have good benefit packages which I did not experience
