Pros

Get to work on the latest technologies. Glass, Smart Tv, device integration, recommendation engines, internet of things, big data. Name it - there will be a project going on. Open and easy going culture. Everyone is approachable and easy going. People can walk into the office in shorts no questions asked. Lot of focus and conversations on innovation. The company has been among the first to work on mobile technologies. So there is a lot of depth and understanding as to how these technologies work. We've been recently having senior management hold open debates on technology topics, and interviews of experts. Not sure if this happens elsewhere

Cons

Some projects can be very difficult with changing requirements at the last minute and this means working late and over weekends for us.

Pros

You get to work on good variety of projects. You will always be busy. You get to explore and implement new technologies. Of late, a lot of design workshops, hackathons are being conducted on weekends. Whenever you need any technical help, you can count on people like Hari, RK, Suresh and Kishore.

Cons

Resource management is a problem. People learnt the art of snatching resources and getting away with it. Some of the internal 'tools' are not really usable.

Pros

I had a lot of fun while I worked here. The projects were always exciting. We were working on projects that were always ahead of time. It used to take take a lot of time to just spell out to my technical buddies working in other companies the significance of what we were doing and why and I was always the coolest guy in my friends circle for working with the latest devices and always being on top of the trending apps and games. I’m currently using one of the apps that I developed daily at work today and its so exciting to share that with my colleagues.

Cons

Its an open office environment. Anyone can drop in at your desk or that of your neighbour anytime, and that can be distracting at times. Thats when I started using earphones.
