Pros

There is so much innovation around if you are working at PurpleTalk. It's a place where management will listen to all your crazy ideas and help you implementing it. It's a small but very high pace company where you'll have something new to learn on daily basis. PurpleTalk cares about employee engagement and appreciation. They are always ready to hear back and take corrective actions if needed.

Cons

Don't really have any, It's just that company is young too and is also learning with us.

Pros

A down to earth Founder, Mr. Sridhar and CEO, Mr. Bharath and Senior Engineers like Mr. Hari and Mr. RK. Can't imagine anything more…

Cons

All the positive reviews here seems to be paid. You can refer to any real employee for genuine review. 1. No career growth - Management never bothers about career growth of employees. 2. Absolutely no career growth - No career growth until and unless you are a favorite.(performance hardly matters) 3. Horrible pay hikes - A few handful of favorite employees get much more than market value and the rest get much less than market value.(Many a times Rs 1000 as annual hike) 4. Hell lot of politics - If you are good in politics and flattering the senior management, its the right place for you. 5. Favoritism and Nepotism - If you are not favorite then you are an outcast. 6. No Perks - Don't even dare to think about that. 7. False Promises - Management will try to lurk you with false promises which are never fulfilled. 8. Illogical and Brutal Project Managers - They just want to see the world burning. 9. No Transparent policies - Policies gets varied throughout the year and is different for different employees. 10. Human Machine - Humans are treated as robot, they want the employees to work for 24 hours a day. 11. No good Social Events - Introverts will like this place. 12. Excuses - They have excuses for all the above. 13. There is no option for 0 stars, so I gave 1 star to all.
