All the positive reviews here seems to be paid. You can refer to any real employee for genuine review.
1. No career growth - Management never bothers about career growth of employees.
2. Absolutely no career growth - No career growth until and unless you are a favorite.(performance hardly matters)
3. Horrible pay hikes - A few handful of favorite employees get much more than market value and the rest get much less than market value.(Many a times Rs 1000 as annual hike)
4. Hell lot of politics - If you are good in politics and flattering the senior management, its the right place for you.
5. Favoritism and Nepotism - If you are not favorite then you are an outcast.
6. No Perks - Don't even dare to think about that.
7. False Promises - Management will try to lurk you with false promises which are never fulfilled.
8. Illogical and Brutal Project Managers - They just want to see the world burning.
9. No Transparent policies - Policies gets varied throughout the year and is different for different employees.
10. Human Machine - Humans are treated as robot, they want the employees to work for 24 hours a day.
11. No good Social Events - Introverts will like this place.
12. Excuses - They have excuses for all the above.
