Underpays but good for office politics pros.

Pros

Great HQ and good coffee.

Cons

Executives have fragile egos. RTO mandated for a company that does majority of meetings online and everyone is triple-booked, at least in one case firing for asking for an ADA exemption. Does not take objective criticisms well.

Outsourcing to Mexico

Hybrid schedule, modern office & flexible hours

Cons

IT side of the company is being outsourced to Mexico parent company. Major lack of confidence in job security, entire IT side is majorly concerned with future.
