No one monitoring schedules. Freedom to work where and when you feel necessary.

Cons

No true direction from supervisor, lack of unity among team, playing favorites, lack of morals, no “team”; every man for himself. Lowest pay in the industry while having the least efficient systems to work with.

Working at Purpose Financial has helped developed my career tremendously these past 5 years! I've been cross trained in numerous areas in my department and been given opportunity for growth. Management is very helpful, approachable and wants you to succeed. I enjoy working everyday along side a great team!
