Pros

The open, caring and collaborative team culture, leadership that is strategic and transparent, opportunty to be promoted from within, getting to work along side other employees that are experts in their fields- and located in a great location of the US.

Cons

I can't think of any at this time.

Pros

Working at Purpose Financial has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute in ways that can positively impact people's lives. I work with some incredible people and am given the support I need to succeed in a fully remote role.

Cons

Creatives are often underappreciated, with recognition going to those presenting the data or outcomes. That's a pro for them, but a con for those of us working more behind the scenes. Leadership has also made abrupt organizational changes without much empathy or transparency.
