Pros

Getting to call out, and you can waste so much time at work

Cons

Only benifiting to males, every female there gets underpaid, and some males too. Unless they speak up. but even then it’s a battle for fair pay. As a young female welder I was getting paid 20/hr when none other my other male coworkers were getting paid that low. Even after 3 attempts to talk to them for fair pay

Cons

Laid off right after starting with only 4 weeks severance offered. Left my old stable & secure position of many many years for this job and didn’t even get to accomplish anything. Leadership doesn’t seem to know the direction of the company or what they actually want from their employees based on my only impression. VP was absolutely soulless when telling me my position was eliminated.
